Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use online banking, you can use IT Simple. Everything is written in plain English and every fix is a button.
Can it replace my IT company?
Yes, that's what it's built for. IT Simple handles the everyday jobs you'd normally pay an IT company for, fixes problems in the app, and brings in a specialist when something genuinely needs a person. For most small businesses, that means no separate IT contract.
What if the app can't fix my problem?
A vetted IT specialist from our freelance network takes over. The app has already worked out what's wrong, so they can get straight to fixing it, usually remotely.
What are support credits?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of specialist time, with one credit covering up to 30 minutes of remote help. Credits are used only when a person is needed, under a fair-use policy, and you can buy more if you ever need them.
Do I have to move my Microsoft 365 or domains?
No. You connect what you already have. You can choose to buy licences through us later, but you don't have to.
Is my data safe?
We never store your passwords, we only ask for the access each job needs, and every action is logged. The platform will be independently tested before launch.
